This exit was originally named as Mamplasan and is still called as such. It was renamed as Greenfield City/Unilab as it is accessible to Greenfield City and Greenfield Development Corporation's property shared with Ayala Land, Inc. and is adjacent to Unilab Pharma Campus.

Built in 1991, this exit on the SLEX heads takes you to Mamplasan in Biñan. Westbound gives a secured access for sticker holders towards some subdivisions, the Laguna Technopark, and Greenfield City. Eastbound heads to Pavilion Mall, SM City Santa Rosa, Biñan City Proper, and Santa Rosa City Proper. Straight (southbound) on another road near the exit takes you to the Laguna International Industrial Park. Eventually, the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, which will connect SLEX with CAVITEX through Cavite, will terminate near or at this exit.
