Shares a boundry with Uduvil Girl's College. House originally bequeathed to Pasupathy-distant Niece of Dr & Mrs. E. Ponnu Breckenridge, Lily Arulamma and Mrs. Arasasingam's cousin, Jessie Rajanayagam Vijiaratnam's Aunt and Dr. VanaMohan's maternal grandmother.
One of the nice older houses in Uduvil built in late 1800's in the family's land. An old but profusely fruiting Purple Berry tree is in the compound.
