  • I graduated from this school in 1973. I will accept that it is 5th in undergraduate physics. It is certainly in the top one or two in (not on) the entire planet in Mining.
  • I go to this school now. Three years left, but if I can stick it out, I am guaranteed a great job for the rest of my life.
  • When I pointed out my 18 month old comment to my wife she asked me to add that she graduated from this school in 1980. While I was a student, working in a mine near Ouray, a student of the mining school in Wisconsin referred to Mines as "The Royal Academy". Our boss got very annoyed. HE had gone to the Real Royal Academy, in London.
  • PhD Petroleum here.... off the chain!
