Travancore Cocotuft Private Limited is a manufacturer of PVC tufted coir door mats and Matting Rollswith a capacity to manufacture 48000 sq. feet ( 4800 sq. meters) of high quality PVC (Vinyl) tufted coir brush matting everyday and this is exported to over 30 countries.

The product is cut fast matting, which can be cut in to any shape and size of doormats or large Entrance mats, which can then be Printed or Flocked with any designs to make beautiful Entrance or Door Mats.

A design team equipped with modern Computer Aided Design and Graphic Package means you get a unique set of designs to choose from.

PVC tufted cut fast coir brush matting Rolls; 1 to 2 meter wide is available in lengths up to 45.6 meters. Pile height varies from 15 mm to 30 mm. Bristles are made from the best quality coir yarn and the weather proof backing is made out of premium grade PVC. This flexible but tough vinyl backing ensures that dirt is trapped in the mat itself.

Mats
Vinyl backed coir door mats are available in various sizes.
Designs are either Printed using water based lights fast pigment dyes or enamel paints in 300 different designs in 2 to 6 colours. Mats can be Flocked with polyamide (Nylon) on state of the art 6 colour electrostatic flocking machine.
