A rather imposing (although no doubt architecturally interesting) building, owned by BT, and features heavy security and about which little information exists online. It is reported to be a significant secure datacentre, and allegedly is connected to tunnels that lead down to Stockwell and Clapham. Given its proximity to Westminster and the MI6 buildings, it's easy for conspiracy theorists to let their imaginations run wild.
