Pilion (auch Pelion, griechisch Πήλιο, Pilio) ist ein Gebirgszug (1.624 m, Pourianos Stavros) im Regionalbezirk Magnisia der griechischen Region Thessalien. Mitunter wird auch die ganze Halbinsel, die den pagasäischen Golf von der Ägäis trennt, so genannt. Am nordwestlichen Ende der Halbinsel liegt die wichtige Hafen- und Handelsstadt Volos.
