This house is the monument of history and architecture.
It was built in 1909 in the Art Nouveau style, with elements of the Romanesque and Gothic styles.

It got its unofficial name because of the bas-reliefs of green-eyed cats, matching the color of the facade, which decorate the large semicircular window on the first floor.
The facade of the house is also decorated with owls, mascarons and chimeras.
