This used to be a wet market that locals called Francis Market. When the property was converted into what it is today, a commercial building, the owners decided to keep the original name and has named it as such.

Contrary to what many think, this building is not named Francis Ever, as clearly indicated in the pictures. Ever Supermarket is just the biggest locator in the building.
