This 16-sided house was built in the 18th century on the instructions of two cousins, Jane and Mary Parminter on their return from a Grand Tour of Europe. Most items on show were brought back by the ladies during their journey and amongst the features of note are a feather frieze and a shell-encrusted gallery.
