I totally disagree with this. There were 2 female developers out of first four employees. I am in Germany now. Mr. Bhattacharyya is an absolutely fair man and he never distingushed between caste, creed, religion, sex. He always motivated us all. He is known for his integrity. I wonder how much sick a person could be to write such comments about him. In my time 40% of the developers were female members. I do not know the number now.

This is disgraceful. Utpal was President's club member in my Company, NIIT in two consecutive years. These people are elected by the employees of NIIT. He was one of the most popular and successful leaders who led by examples. On his last day, in the farewell, the whole rooftop was full with people and they were crying. I have never seen send off given by so many people to anybody like this anywhere. He was loved by both ladies and gents. You would never find anybody as kind and as nice as he is.
