Established in 1999 by Dr. Choi, Young, an artist of children music. It has pretty 2-storied building and playground. It is surrounded by Choan-san Park. Very cozy place for children to live. About 150 children are learning and playing during daytime. This valley is the historical place which had been the retreat for retired chamberlains of the Royal Palace. It is said that they emphasized the theory of geomancy for their residence. So this place is warm in winter, cool in summer.
