We own and run a bed and breakfast in Switzerland Chalet Les Cascades in champery, We have recently had a very unpleasant man staying with us and had some upsetting feedback left Which was both incorrect And racially descriminating towards us and our nationality (British) We have had no one taking this very serious so far from within your company and would like you to have a look at the situation for us please. We have had a very good relationship with booking .com over the years and when something like this happens it would be nice to have your support . We put everything in to making our chalet a lovely place to stay and fully agree with constructive feedback , but when this kind of racial attack on us happens we would like you to take that part of the feedback off, You can understand what this kind of remark makes us feel like after all the hard work we do to make people's holidays as nice as possible. Have a look on trip advisor to see what people are saying about our chalet and you will realise how this remark would hurt us and our business.   • I have a hotel in Thailand listed with booking.com but from the very beginning have had problems in having accurate details and a welcoming text to prospective customers. Despite countless emails the problems get worse instead of better. I therefore have cancelled our contract accordingly.
  • Can anyone help me that have had issues with booking.com. We have had the exact same issues as listed below and cannot seem to get booking to cancel our account. Any advice would be helpful.
  • We recently booked an apartment in London through Booking.com called Trevor Place. It turns out this is a scam and we have lost 1080 pounds to a listing that was on Booking.com, but they had not even checked to see if the place actually existed. We have had no help from Booking.com except am email from them saying that our booking had been cancelled. I am disgusted with the service of Booking.com and they are simply washing their hands of it. Obviously booking.com is happy to list a non-existent place as long as they charge the listing fee, then when things go wrong, they don't care and they don't help the customer who has been ripped off. Watch out everyone, Booking.com does not care and does not help when it all goes wrong. I would strongly advise never to book through booking.com as they have no customer back up.

And the assistance of the Juniors only add to the problems instead of the problem being solved. We request that you keep well trained staff to in office to understand and solve our problems. Bookings.com is an estemmed company, known all world wide and we hoteliers do expect good service form you.
