  • Please read Wikipedia Article: Uwais al-Qarni (R.A)/His tomb is found in Ar-Raqqah, Syria, where he was killed in the Battle of Siffin. Another shrine was made in his honor in Baykan, in the Siirt Province of Turkey.
  • I LOVE HAZRAT AWAIS QARNI
  • Brothers I had the privilege of visiting this Shrine today , for the first time in my life . I live nearby in Jamshoro and I was wondering , how is it that the tomb of the same person be in two or three different locations . It is a pretty perplexing thought I must admit .. Ibn batuta is quoted , according to wikipedia , to have said that Owais Al-Qarni (R.A) met martydom in the battle of Siffin . Please do enlighten me and others if any one has some authentic information in this regard . Allah Knows Best ..
  • can you please guide the town and location if i m coming from Karachi
  • So, the Google image showing the location of his Tomb is incorrect, right? Just asking to be sure that he died as a martyr in the battle in Syria. Remember he was a Yemeni?
