This place was a happening in the mid early eighties. Tn. Guru Haji Daud, a prominent Islamic leader used to preach every Friday morning before Friday prayer. The crowds came from all parts of the Kelantan state. People from norhern tip of Terengganu like Besur dan Jerteh also did come here.
It was like a small farmer's market or a day market where u can buy all kind of foods and other stuffs.
