A county golf course containing a restaurant and banquet hall. Surrounded by the Atlantis development, which was started in 1963. The southern section along Country Club Blvd was built mostin the 70's and the final major section built in the late 80'(Hollybrook Ln, Cedarbrook Ln, etc.) is just south of it. Lots along the water were mostly undeveloped at first but bought up by individual owners, most of these are now larger, LBI-style custom homes on pilings.
