* Silver Sands State Park opens at 8:00 AM and closes at Sunset.
* Pets and riding animals are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk, they must be on a leash in all other areas. Please clean up after your pet.
* Alcohol is not permitted in the park, please do not bring alcoholic beverages.
* Do not attempt to walk to Charles Island after low tide has passed. If you venture to the island in the late afternoon, make sure you are back at your vehicle before the park closes at sunset or you may get locked in.
*** ALL Park Rules and Regulations apply year-round.

Be familiar with State Beach regulations and Swimming Safety guidelines before heading into the swim area.
