The David Broderick Tower, located in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, was designed by Louis Kamper and Paul Kamper and was constructed from 1926 to 1928. It has 34 floors and a height of 369 ft (112 m). It is a contributing property within the Grand Circus Park Historic District.

Originally named Eaton Tower (after Thomas Horatio Eaton, Jr.), the building was renamed David Broderick Tower in 1944 after (David Broderick). There were frequent changes in ownership during the 1960s and 1970s. An exodus of its tenants led to the building becoming almost completely vacant in 1985. A whale mural painted by Wyland on the building's east side was dedicated in 1997.

Originally used ad an office building, the David Broderick Tower underwent a restoration and renovation from early 2011 to late 2012, which cost $55,000,000. The first floor is used as a restaurant, floors 2-4 are occupied by commercial space, and floors 5-34 are occupied by 125 residential apartments.
