  • I was so disappointed last thursday morning,I'm waiting for bus #66..almost 30 minutes im standing on the bus stop behind mc donalds salmiya..no bus #66 passes,then 3 bus from KPTC pass by...i'm asking what happen to them then suddenly at the 4th bus from KPTC came again then i grab that time to ride in..then i was so surprised when the red lights on, on the stop light i saw this bus 5136 plate number 4102 came from the other side,in short this driver making shortcut...he don't even think how about the other passenger waiting for the bus to come..I'm everyday riding on city bus because I think it's better than KPTC..but now I don't like just because of this bus making other ways...I came late to my work because of him......

  • DEAR ALL WE HAVE TAKEN BUS PASS OF ROUTE NO. 51,507,59 & 44, I AM ALWAYS GET IN ABBASIYA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY BUS STOP AND GET DOWN AT DAJIJ BUS STOP. WHILE RETURNING I HAVE TO GO NEAR CROWN PLAZA HOTEL BUS STOP TO RETURN BACK HOME. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE CITY BUS DRIVERS THEY ARE USING SHORT ROAD I.E. BACK SIDE OF THE ACTUAL BUS STOP (THERE IS ONE MORE ROAD WHICH IS DIRECTLY STRAIGHT FROM THE SIGNAL, DUE TO THIS, THESE DRIVERS WILL NOT COME ACTUAL BUS STOP POINT, JUST THEY ARE USING BACK SIDE ROAD AVOIDING TO TAKE PASSENGERS WHO ARE STANDING AT BUS STOP. BUS PASS HOLDERS CAN'T GO IN KPTC BUSES. WE ARE SUFFERING LOT NO BODY IS SUPERVISING THE DRIVERS IT VERY HORRIBLE. AND WE FEEL VERY BAD BY TAKING BUS PASS OF THE CITY BUS. DRIVERS ARE DAILY PRACING THE SAME THING SPECIALLY AT EVENING AFTER 5 O CLOCK. THEREFORE I HUMBLY REQUESTED TO CONERNING AUGTHORITIES TO INSTRUCT THE BUS DRIVERS TO STOP THE BUSES ON ACTUAL BUS STOPS ONLY NOT HERE & THERE & BACK SIDE. YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS MATTER IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED. BEST REGARDS.

  • Gentleman I fully agree with all your sentiments relating to public transport and in this particular case the bus services of Kuwait. Indeed, although KPTC title their service to be "The Symphony of Human Transportation" it is in fact a mortifying experience! The drivers are reckless and have no consideration for the valuable comodity they are transporting. It is apparent from the operators view that the object of the whole exercise is to get the vehicle from it's start point to it's final destination as quickly as possible with no care given to the carrying of passengers. As has been stated the buses will often avoid the stop points altogether, passing the stops but not halting even when prospective passengers are hailing the driver, over-taking another bus past the stop when people want that route and not the bus that has stopped; all this and more makes for an abysmal service. But thats only the half of it for once one does alight there is the other passengers to suffer; ignorant men (not gentlemen) who sit in the ladies/family seats and allow a female to stand often ignoring thier request for a seat, men either talking loudly on their mobile phones or worse still playing dreadful music or religious broadcasting which is offensive and disrespectfull of other to the passengers, Children allowed to smoke and causing trouble which the driver fails to control. Then finally there is the lunatics who reside in this country who repeatedly throw dangerous objects through the windows of passing buses causing injury and distdress to the passengers. I have myself on more than one occasion reached my destination covered in splinters of glass! It could be so much better here if the country adopted modern western rules and enforced them. The UAE has, go to Dubai and see what can be done. Dubai's transport company RTA is a model of the European/American standards I was brought up with. You have a great deal to learn!
  • I am very sorry to inform you that it is very difficult to tolerate Cigarette smoking in the bus. It is doing not by passengers, it is doing by the drivers. Most of the poor people who is travelling in the bus are afraid to object. I questioned one driver yesterday (Driver:23222, Bus 8654, Route 77, Duty 55) Before one day it is happened with this same driver. He says he is feeling sleep if you can't tolerate go by other bus. MAY I ASK YOU, IS THIS CITY BUS POLICY? Why we all suffer just only for the enjoyment of the driver. HUMBLY REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO ALLOW OUR RIGHT TO BREATH GOOD AIR.
  • HELLO sir i am abdulrahman i am having buspass rout no 106,999. when passanger is standing at fintas bridge they are not comming up, we standing at fintas londan hospital, driver is telling here there is no stop whoever taking ticket they are not telling anything, every day morning 7.55 am 106 bus No. 8510 driver indian he is not stopping pls take action. i want to come at 8.30 to our office people going for there job drivers not understanding. thanks abdulrahman

  • I am having a CITYBUS PASS for all routes so that anywhere I can go as fast as I can,but suddenly YOU have stopped the 99 route from Ardiya Industrial Area to Airport, please CITYBUS MANAGEMENT! What is the use of ALL ROUTE PASS? Why the other company can accommodate the Ardiya to Airport Route? And why are the drivers' facial expressions are very bad when they saw a passenger showing their CITY BUS PASS???? PLEASE DO SOMETHING MANAGEMENT!

  • I rode in one of your bus today. I have an uncomfortable and unsafe travel because of the driver. Passengers are just climbing up to the bus and the driver will start to run the engine. Very rude attitude of the driver and the same thing when the passengers are going down the bus he will run the bus even you are just halfway down the bus. Pls. take necessary actions.   • Ahmed Ali (guest) Today 11-11-14 i came from work by city bus route 51 driver;20316 bus;5099 duty;57 trip;2,the driver was so stub born that he refused all the passengers to stop at the bus stops and after passing from the stop in the middle of the road he stopped and told to get down .As the traffic on the other side was busy moving how is it possible to get from the bus when the other side vehicles are coming.V tried to tell him but he got angry and shouted and started using vulgar words.As he is an Egyptian driver.I request you to know about his behaviour.Mostly this happens in city bus but nobody is taking any action.Safety rules are not for the drivers?

  • To the manager of City Bus, sir i have a complain to the driver number 23855 bus 5152 route number 999 bus plate number 92 1380. i was riding from Salmiya and my destination is manngaf but unfortunately his not going to manngaf was suppose to be right way for the route 999, his going directly to faheel in the seaside road, we're telling him before approaching in hilton hotel but his not listening to us his telling that we go down or else were going with them to faheel so we go down and walk from seaside to sultan center in our destination. its a very bad service because were paying the exact fare. we want you to give a disciplinary action this driver. thank you very much.
  • I am waiting for almost 45 minutes standing in bus station belajat near to al seef hospital.,, the bus plate number 1430 came., there's one Indian also waiting then because the traffic light open he didnt stop!!! This is now three time happen to me all city bus !! What kinds of drivers you have ?!! This is good ? Now I got the plate number !! Please do something ., we are passengers working and time is gold for us ., I understand if the bus full of passengers but no ., and don't tell me he's in a hurry that's why he didnt stop ,,, its happen just now a whole ago ., so until now I'm standing ang waiting for another bus to come .,
