In 1882, the parishioners of the Second Baptist Church built a new church and parish hall at the corner of College Avenue and Fletcher Avenue.

Over 100 years later, the stately parish hall remains, providing a landmark for the historic Fletcher Place neighborhood.

Today the once dormant building offers loft apartments and office space as the new Fletcher Place Lofts and joins in the renaissance of Fletcher Place.

The loft spaces combine urban, airy, modern design with historic craftsmanship and details. Set in a vibrant downtown neighborhood with easy access to the entire city, the Fletcher Place Lofts are historic homes with comfort, convenience and style.
