Ibrahimpur Prachen Twin Jain Basti [Temples]

This is a small village called Ibrahimpur about 70Km from belgaum, Karnataka.

There are Two Jain Bastis [Temples] located side by side, just 1.5 km away from the village and people, devotes from belgaum and surrounding places flock, worship and enjoy in a fair usually in the month of June especially on 5th June.

The architecture of the two temples resemble to that of the Kamal Basti of Belgaum and it reviles that it was of the 10th Century build during the Chalukyuan Period.

Pass by to the two temples is a Shiva Temple of the same era and is totally ruined. The temples are under archaeological department and pooja/worship is conducted daily. There is enough flora and fauna in and around the temple and there is a small water stream that flows behind the two temples.
