கழுகுமலை - Kazhugumalai.Kazhugumalai is a small village about 22 km from Kovilpatti, between Sankaran koil and Kovilpatti near Tirunelveli in south Tamil Nadu. This place houses the famous Kazhugachalamurthy Temple. Kazhugumalai became famous by the Thirupugazh hymns of Arunagirinathar.This is the next temple of Trichendur in Arupadaividu of Lord Murugan.This is one of the important tourist place.

One can find many rock cut images were belonging to the 7th and 8th century A.D. We can find the rock cut images of Bhagawan Parshwanatha flanked by Daranendra Yaksha and Padmavathi Yakshi, umbrella and Chauri Bearers. Also we can find many other rock cut images of other tirthankaras. 'Vettuvaan koil' is having all this rock cut images. This place is famous for the Jain cave temple and jain architecture.
