I am not sure when were these new shops being built and who are the owners & tenants of these shoplots. I wonder if they were built by SEDCO (Sabah Economic Deveolpment Co-operation Organisation) some over 20 years ago.

Hope the new generation are grown up with maturity for better mutual communication & better understanding.
