  • I been a representative of one of their clients before...... the Japanese are very nice... some Filipinos were nice as well.. I just have some issues with the in-charge during business communication on a daily operations... maybe they just need proper training being presentable including telephone conversation... we already transferred to their competitor .... I heard it is much better... But again the Japanese in NEP are really nice...
