WALT WHITMAN - Leaves of Grass The 'DaVinci' connection: Fiction is a literary tool employed by such men as Hugo, Dickens, Shakespeare, Cervantes etc. to enlighten and to impart ethical lessons. The message embedded in the fictional book and film, 'The DaVinci Code' seems to lost amidst the fury and flurry of controversy associated with the probably fiction. The lesson seems to be that "the spiritual is greater than any material force, that thoughts rule the world." EMERSON It seems to be also that the greatest treasure a man or woman might seek is a spiritual one, not made of stone or gold. Furthermore, it seems to suggest, as do many authors and philosophers and prophets, that the Creator, Architect and Author of life is in fact in all things, and perhaps most beautifully within the human heart.
