  • I think the service is okey they doing thier job but sometine you also have a responsible in the hospital some of the patient there also not aware about the status of the hospital they think it's goverment owned they expect alot on it as a patient you also need to clean-up our dirt THANK'X they have a GOOD DOCTOR
  • I inquired through phone about laboratoy fee.and i was so disappointed the way that woman answered me.she's kinda irritating.
  • Doctors here do not honor referal from other hospitals. It is very easy for them to deny patients (especially those financially incapable) even dying ones. I know someone from Taguig-Pateros hospital whose son died because they were denied care here and referal was not honored due to technicality. They had no choice but to go back to Taguig-Pateros (w/c does not have the complete gadget to perform the operation... ergo the referal). Her son died eventually due to Tonsilitis complications. Life would have been spared if not due to the doctors in RMC (they were two of them).
  • On RMC as experienced last week at ER, my friend was treated well, also as observation to others patients, the doctors & staff are received any one who comes & treat immediately. Maybe there were some not good experience, an isolated one, & there was an improvement. We have to balance things government & private resources and also we share our obligation Mere complains does not help
  • Having read some not good comments regarding hosp doctors and staff way way back years ago, i assumed this year has tremendously changed to a much much better services, doctors and staff, please correct me if i am wrong. As our daughter will be on a duty for her final internship, I completely believed that as years goesby, a lot for improvement has taken place..therefore i wish that RMC most esp. has gone through a complete if not totally upgrade to a more accommodating, cheerful, and respectable staff.
