  If you get a First USA credit card be sure to call in and ask a supervisor about "random digits". It is a secret number hidden to the customer which decides whether or not they can get a lower interest rate, remove late fees, etc. The hapless customer who has their secret number within a certain range is a test subject who the company monitors to see how long said customer will put up with being treated poorly by First USA. Beware!
