"El Agua" (The Water) Plaza.
Was inaugurated on December 2nd, 1997.
Architectonic structure that forms part of the complementaries work of the "23 de Enero" hydroelectric complex, has a parking lot for about 150 vehicles approximately, green areas and concrete paths.
Has a staggered surface like an array shape which represents a water ring with cascades. It was awarded in one of the categories from the National Award of Architecture of Venezuela in 1999.
