This is one of IKEA’S biggest stores in the UK, built on the site the old co-op supermarket, this building is one of the most visible in the Coventry city centre & quiet possibly the biggest.

This store has over 800 car parking spaces over 3 levels & multi level shopping space

However this project is not with out criticism, local & other chain furniture stores have complained of downturn in sales & even a well known local furniture store having to close.

Some criticism has also been pointed to the size of the building.
