Crusty locals surround the interior bar while elder hipsters take the front tables and back gaming room which has three pool tables in various states of disrepair and a small shuffleboard. The whole place could -use- a face lift but in reality such an undertaking would probably ruin it's worn in charm which is greatly enhanced by the attempt at the 'Chaucer midevil England' theme.

The bar has a decent selection of local microbrews on tap but be warned the "pint" glasses are only 12 oz and the pitchers 48ish oz. Mixed drinks are the best value as the pours tend to be heavy- especially when the bartender is drunker than you are (about a 50/50 proposition).

The foods pretty good for a dive bar, especially anything fried and the 'morning after' gut bomb breakfasts. The juke box is great and full of indie and ironic hipster favorites.
