The Lost World of Tambun is located in the town of Ipoh, ideally situated between Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The RM60 million water theme park is the biggest park there is in Malaysia.

The park is strategically located at the foot of Tambun Caves, which is famous for its 5,000-year-old Neolithic cave paintings.

The 40-acre waterpark brings to life the ancient ruins and grottos of a lost civilisation. When you step foot at the park's Lost World, you will get the feeling of wandering into a lost civilisation almost like those featured in the Indiana Jones and Raider of the Lost Arc movies.

The pool is filled with hot mineral water from the Tambun hot springs, which is renowned locally for its therapeutic properties.

It was a great challenge trying to create an environment and landscape that can 'transport' guests back to the ancient world.

It opens from 12 noons until 7 pm on weekdays. On weekends, school and public holidays, the park opens at 10 am. It closes on Tuesdays except if the day falls on Malaysian school and public holidays. The entry fees are RM21 per adult and RM16 per child.
