  Dear Sir/Madam My name is Nelson St. Eufemia and I'm the International Coordinator of the department of education of the Municipality of Norrköping, Sweden. Through one of my contacts in Portugal I was invited to present the exchange programmes of the Municipality of Norrköping in Sweden at the conference you are going to arrange in Lviv in April. I've also received an invitation from the headmaster of your school to attend the meeting but unfortunately, due to a major crash of the server of the department of education in Norrköping, I lost the email message with your invitation before having the opportunity to register to the conference. I had planned to participate, but I simply do not have the coordinates where my registration should be sent.
