Barauni-Amritsar Jansewa Express, Gorakhpur-Bandra Avadh Express, Trivandrum-Gorakhpur Raptisagar Express, Amritsar-Katihar Express, Guwahati-Jammu Tawi Amarnath Express are the main train connections. Seat reservation is computerized. The station is located about 51 km from Ayodhya. Kauwapur Railway Station, situated to the north-east, is the nearest main station.
