Formerly the world headquarters of Johns-Manville, it was sold to Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) in 1987 for $25,000,000. Originally designed for 1500 employees, LMCO now jams around 3,000 people into the same space. Probably one of the more beautiful corporate campuses, with views of the "hogback" (foothills) and the Rocky Mountains. Lots of mule deer, hawks, bald eagles, rattlesnakes, mountain lions, foxes, etc.
