The Alfredo Reyes Hall contains facilities catering to tourism and hospitality programs under the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. It is equipped with a number of food-prepping stations and kitchens, hotel mock-up rooms, a travel agency office, and a gymnasium. The building has a cafe managed by its own internship students, Cafe Alfredo. It offers budget-friendly pastries, caffeinated and de-caffeinated beverages fit for student consumption. Most recently, Cafe Alfredo added a bistro menu serving different Filipino meals and pastas.

Named after the university founder's son, Alfredo Reyes, who served as FEU's former vice president and athletics director, which he was heavily involved in. The building was constructed in 1999 originally as home to the university's physical education department and athletics team. It was later occupied by the ITHM upon its establishment due to the university's lack of space for facilities. Its facade facing Quezon Boulevard mimics the adjacent art deco icon Nicanor Reyes Hall's geometrical patterned columns, windows, and metal details.

The building is designed by Arch. Pablo Antonio Jr., son of FEU's main architect and national artist Arch. Pablo Antonio Sr.
