  • I lived here in the late 1980s, it was an incredible building...especially since I was friends with the handyman, who gave me access to the wings that weren't yet renovated...there was a gigantic swimming pool, a gymnasium, and many empty rooms to explore. From a 4th floor skylight, you could lean out and see the Tappan Zee Bridge to the South on a clear day
