Holly Lakes Development

Small master-planned community Built in phases in the 1960's (Waterfront Bungalows), 1970's (townhouses), early 1990's (houses), early 2000's-present (houses), and the mid 2000's - present (houses). The latter two phases were built by the Kleiner Group and are still under construction, with a few lots remaining.

There are some lots north of the lake on N. Holly Lake Dr where individual owners build homes from their own builder. There was formely a bridge across the lake with a gazebo in the middle but was taken down several years ago.

A fatal took place here on 4/22/09 between two residents who both operated grow houses next door to eachother.
