The Columbus Dispatch reports that the former Ruby Tuesday's at 3730 W. Dublin-Granville Road will be replaced by a Shake Shack and a Torchy's Tacos, according to information filed with the city. Danny Meyer’s Shake Shack already operates two Central Ohio locations at Easton Town Center and in the Short North. Founded in Austin in 2006, Torchy's tested out a Columbus ghost kitchen for a few months this year before shutting down but promising a return. This will be the taco shop’s first standalone storefront in Ohio.
