maps.rutgers.edu/building.aspx?416

The Allison Road Classroom Building, or "ARC" for short, was built between the 1996-97 school year and the 1998-99 school year. It was originally intended as the second phase of the Science and Engineering Resource Center (SERC) and, for most of its construction, was referred to as "SERC II". The building was offically dedicated at Homecoming 1998...This high-tech building, equipped with state-of-the-art computer laboratories, classrooms and office space will enhance the study of mathematics, science and engineering. The building features a 500-seat auditorium and three "smart classrooms" with Internet access and a full range of audiovisual equipment. Principal funding for its construction came from the State's Higher Education Facilities Trust Fund (HEFT).
