Mrs. Ganga Maroti Naitam works as Village Helath Worker (Aarogyadoot) with SRUJAN a voluntary organisation based in Mangurda a village near Pandharkawada. She has undergon a yearlong training on Home Based Neo-Natal Care and to treat minor health ailments at the village level. She now prepares herself to appear for an distance education programme of Yashwantrao Chawan Mukta Vidyapeeth, Nasik on "Aarogyamitra". Once she successfully completes this exams she will be eligible for induction as ASHA worker in the state governments health care system.
