Newbold Comyn in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, includes a swimming pool, public golf course, "pitch and put", a playground and lots of playing fields. In the summer these are turned over to cricket with rugby and football taking charge in the winter. Best of all however, is the Newbold Comyn Arms -- a fine real-ale pub and supporter of local brewers.
