    Area full of slum, garbage, dust, foul smell, mosquitoes, and 200 meters of "80 Foota Road" OR 80 Feet Road is low lying. Not leveled before construction. Water logged surface drain always overflowing with filthy grey water. Light rain floods it 300 MM above top of road in 30 minutes, takes 3 rain free days to dry. Dirty water enters ground floor flats. Buildings have no earthquake resistance, mostly built without engineers, additional floors built above original weak dilapidated structures by greedy owners. To demolish, fill up to level, rebuild entire area requires INR 5,000 Million of owners and residents. Poor to middle income locality, so out of question. About 80 percent buildings have 3 or more floors, practically all will collapse under 5.5 Richter quake, overdue 30 years. Lives at Risk per square kilometer over 200 cattle, 500 dog, 20,000 human. Uncontrolled urbanization without essential basic quality standards. Neither citizen nor government aware or interested. Another earthquake calamity waiting to happen.
