Custom Hotel (Los Angeles)

Formerly the Furama Hotel.
Opened for business circa 1960 as the Airport-Marina Hotel.
The tower portion of the former 14 acre hotel complex has been renovated and reopened as Custom Hotel. Custom Hotel features kitschy decorations, a lobby bar with a nightly DJ, and some older furniture preserved from the days of the Furama.

The rest of the grounds are under development as a mixed use complex with stores on the ground floor apartment apartments on the upper floors. Signage lists the name of "Playa del Oro".
