  • I have booked this place. Flat is progressing real slow. Now they say delivery is dec09. All customers have to make sure the builder is penalised for delay.
  • Hi there, they told me that 6 months back that possesion will be before June 09. Is it getting more delay that this.
  • They still claim that the possession will be given in Dec'09 but they are a bunch of liars. Going by the look of the things from outside and from inside, the picture is too bad and it looks impossible that the possession will be given within one year from now. The work is progressing at a snail's pace and in last 6 months, things have hardly changed.
