Few pointers for any new applicant to this place.
Anmol builders are a group of jewellers (mainly money lenders) who have tried to capitalise in this booming realestate business.
One of the prime ways for plot acquisition for them is to modify/abscond old records in BMC.Get Power of attorney by bribing the collector and then bribe the police and lower court judges and threaten the innocent residence out.
The building experience that they have is of lower income housing societies, hence the experience in materials and planning is horrible. one main caution - don't go buy the looks of the building (verify if it would stand for a couple of years without heavy maintainance).
You need to make sure if the documents they produce for right to building and other civic amenities are valid (since most of them are procured by bribing)
One important info is - Legally no building that is more than 4 floors can be built in this plot as it does not fullfill the requisite parking space and recreational area. So mid way in construction, this building can end up in legal battle. buyers beware!!
