Kwangbok Street, Man'gyŏngdae-guyŏk (-district), P'yŏngyang: One of the central thoroughfares in Man'gyŏngdae (Chongchun Street is the other), Kwangbok Street was completed in 1989 with the intention of being a city within a city and a Three Revolutions Team project. It has five high rise apartment buildings(with a total of 25000 living units) , the tallest of which is 43 stories and the smallest 19 stories. It the location of the P'yŏngyang Circus, the Ch'ŏngnyŏn Hotel, the Kang Pan Sok Nursery and the Man'gyŏngdae Schoolchildren's Palace *restoration after liberation, which refers to the reconstruction of P'yŏngyang and the restoration of Korean identity after the end of the second world war
