This building used to be TRICO owned by National Oilwell. It was bought by Weatherford International Lift, Inc. in 1998 and the plant was closed down. The plant remained unoccupied until it's demolition was completed by Green Guy Recycling in April of 2007. Only the eastern most building near the railroad tracks remains, while everthing else is now a concrete slab.
