This is the former Heinz plant, currently owned by Riverbend Foods. Prior to 2000, Heinz moved the production of ketchup and all other condiments out of Pittsburgh and devoted this entire plant to private label baby food and soup. In 2002, Heinz sold its soup and baby food businesses to Del Monte, which passed them to Treehouse Foods (Bay Valley Foods) in the spring of 2006, which then spun off this plant in 2017. Heinz's world headquarters remained in Pittsburgh, occupying 85,000 square feet of One PPG Place.
