On the site of 'South Hill House' - demolished in the 1950s & former home
of Sir James & Sir George Mc Murtrie. The house itself was converted
into 6 X council 'flats' in 1947 until demolished; the families being
re-housed in new homes at Westfield, Haydon & Writhlington.
