  • I work there. It's not as bad a Kristina says. I don't think I'd want to walk around at dark, but no more than I would on East Grand Blvd in Detroit.
  • I have to agree with Kristina-Detroit may be a run down wasteland with a mayor that was arrested, but Highland Park's population is declining rapidly, just behing Detroit. Someone needs to go out there and repair that city for good.
  • Really, Highland Park is under such a financial crisis right now, that I don't even know if could ever climb out. But maybe, just MAYBE, this city can climb out of a finicial crisis and rebuild itself to what it was between 1920-1930. What changes do you want in Highland Park?
