23-floor office and apartment building with jewelers, specialty shops and a cooking school (Pennsylvania Culinary Institute) on the lower floors. The building has historical connections with the film industry: it was named for MGM co-founder James Bly Clark, served as a screening area for many early MGM films and housed Warner Brothers' regional office. Construction on the building began in 1927.
